“Desert Bloom” captures the Anza-Borrego Desert during the super bloom, which takes place around March each year. During this brief season, the desert floor comes alive with wildflowers such as Desert Sand Verbena, Dune Evening Primrose, and Desert Sunflower.
It is a rare transformation, when the desert briefly fills with color, alive for a short moment before fading again.
